 Service log books kept on site containing Brightside Pest Services license and insurance,

technician identification, poison control and other important contact info, site maps and

diagram, approved materials list, msds and labels, pesticide usage log, sanitation reports,

trend reports and service reports are issued to all commercial businesses.

 All services are documented, reviewed and signed with the point of contact at the end of each

visit. Close communication is maintained in order to provide the most effective pest control

program.

 Extremely detailed annual facility inspection and reports can be provided in order to illustrate
